My friend did a Hit & Run but their was no damage will he get in trouble?

When people say my friend is usually themselves they are talking about and yes there are three to four offences committed which will get "YOUR FRIEND" in to extremely hot water and hopefully also get the bike crushed for scrap this is well with in the powers of the police and courts!
