Why is post-Apartheid South Africa an economic disaster?

The World Cup was a facade. Post Apartheid South Africa is horrible. Murder, Rape and Drunk Driving are at an all time high. This is why Whites have fled to America, The Netherlands and Australia as have the educated blacks. I thank God that South Africa never got Nuclear weapons or the situation would be worst.
