I am being set up and asked to take blame?

First, go to the police and get the others charged with lying under oath. Ask them for everyone to take a lie detector test. Try to get those men charged with theft and the others jailed. You need to prove your innocence and this will be done easily. The two men that are framing you can't back each other up, and you should get the thief to say that you didn't hit him on the head with a bottle. Also, see if there was video of the incident. If there was, you shouldn't be charged with anything.
