New music suggestions?

I'm looking for some new music. I have a really general music taste, I like most things, especially different types. I'm not looking for Top 40 type music. I don't like jazz or like bluegrass music but I like most other things. I recently found out about Marianas Trench, a Canadian band, and I love them. Any suggestions for me? Foreign music is great too, preferably music in English though. Also, what are some good songs by the Canadian bands Stereos and Hedley?
