What can be done? and what is my current position?

Recently i was detained for driving under the influence. It happen like so, i was on my way home when turning on a corner a car almost crashed head on with my vehicle. To avoid crashing head on i moved to the side and hit a parked car. The other car hit me on the side as well but fled the scene; i remained there located the vehicles owners and called the police. Upon arrival of the police the scenario was described, they took a breathalyzer test and it was discovered that my alcohol percentage was .01% above state limit. I was sending this comment in order to receive information regarding my position and options.
