What grounds are there to be taken off house arrest and put on S.O.R. when awaiting trial?

I have bonded out of jail and am currently on the house arrest ankle monitor which is really a big set back for me. I have no failure to appears in court nor have I ever fled the law and it just does'nt seem fair that I have bonded out and still have to wear this monitor. I would like to know all possible grounds for an alternative such as S.O.R. so that I can tell my public defender ( Whom is unreliable) to file a motion. Unfortunately I cannot afford real legal counsel so can you please help me?
